Please try to arrive for your scheduled appointment 5 minutes early. We understand that sometimes things come up that are out of our control, but due to the high demand on our time, we have set some policies in place to ensure we can provide our clients with the best possible service.

If you believe you may be sick or contagious on the day of your appointment, please call and inform the Guest Services Associate.

Cancel the day of your appointment, a $25 fee will be added to your next appointment.

Products are not eligible for return, however if the product malfunctions it can be replaced.

Due to the relaxing nature of our salon, children under 12 years of age are welcomed with parents being serviced. Kids over 12 years of age are not permitted in the salon without an appointment.

GUARANTEED

Color and other chemical appointments are guaranteed only if the recommended at-home hair care is directly followed from Vital stylist instruction.  Due to the diversity of professional products, purchasing your hair care prescription outside of the salon will result in a forfeiture of any guarantee.

CORRECTION

Due to the creative nature of our industry, we do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with the results of your service(s) we will work with you, within reason, to make adjustments and/or corrections. A re-do appointment must be requested and booked within 7 days of the original appointment in order to qualify as a re-do.

We have a right to refuse service to any client who displays violent or disrespectful behavior.
